Be very careful upon move in and final m9ve out inspection, they will charge carpet cleaning AND whole apartment cleaning regardless, meaning half you deposit will automatically be non refundable. Every damage that they know that they repaired themselves before you move in is also deducted. So take photos of EVERY little repairs made to walls during move in take photos of same wall upon move out. Very scandalous.

I had such a great experience at The Village at Silver Ridge, and a huge part of that was because of Cortney! She was so friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout the entire process. She was always willing to answer my questions and made everything feel easy and stress-free. You can tell she genuinely cares about the people she works with. I would definitely recommend working with Cortney if youâre looking for a place to call home!

Cortney and Christie got my application processed extremely quickly and move in process was very quick. They offered to show me a bunch of units and even had the maintenance guy, Kevin go over my unit one more time to make sure it was ready for me to move in. I appreciate the efforts made on my behalf.

I've had an amazing experience working with the staff here, and their efficiency! I was able to get approved and moved in in a day! Most complexes applications take atleast 5 days to approve, and I was able to do everything all in one day! Thank you guys bunches!!!

The staff were extremely helpful with whatever we needed. Very accommodating, personable, and overall amazing to work with throughout the time weâve lived there.

The village at Silver Ridge is an amazing place to live! The ladies in the office are kind, approachable, and very helpful. They helped me have a smooth transition from one unit to another one. They are very spacious units to live in. And the maintenance men are very helpful, they are there right away when on call, and they get things taken care of right away when you put in a work order for something you need fixed.

Been here for about 3 years, never had any issues with my place, very communicative and supportive. The amenities are extremely awesome as well. ð ð ð
