Second time renting here. I rented 5 years ago. Staff is amazing and communicates well. Not a bunch of hidden fees like some other places. Community complex is safe and quiet in my experience. Vehicle parking space is about average. Maintenance is very responsive and on top of things and grounds are always kept neat. Snow removal is also kept up. Apartments are nice and clean and no mold or any weird stuff like that. I highly recommend Silver Ridge. Furnished and non furnished apartments are both excellent.

I personally have had no issues. The Crew bust their buns to keep up with the Gifts left by Mother Nature and inconsiderate resident who leave them horse sized poop and other trash. If you have issues in your Apartment, talk to them, they are quick to respond!

They truly help create an environment that makes you want to be at work every day. Not to mention the pets you see that you get to love on as well. That’s definitely a plus! Been living here a year and a half so far. Ruby has been a gem (pun intended) since my first contact with Silver Ridge. She stayed extra late on my arrival date, because my moving truck broke down on the way here. Ever since then, she's continued to be amazing. Christie, Debbie, and Ruby are all awesome, and always go out of their way to help me, be friendly, and actually CARE about me. The support staff is always friendly and helpful. The maintenance people are also friendly and helpful. Everyone here is great. I literally have NOTHING negative to say about the staff or the complex as a whole. My fridge and my dishwasher went out during the course of my stay here, and unlike most apartments that tell you to "deal with it", Silver Ridge actually replaced them with brand new appliances (also unlike other apartments that just recycle used appliances from empty units). As far as the grounds go, they are constantly maintained and cleaned. I see groundskeepers out and about almost every day. Constant parking lot repairs (probably because of the mayhem that the Freeze/Thaw cycle plays on asphalt in the Northern states). My individual unit was clean when I moved in, and everything worked. All in all, I have been very happy here for the past year and a half. I HAVE recommended this place to others, and I HAVE spoken highly of the complex. Unfortunately, my time has come to move on, as I finally purchased a house here in Rock Springs, so with a heavy heart I will have to say goodbye to the Silver Ridge. But, truth be told, should anything happen in the future and I find myself in need of a quality apartment, I will most definitely come back. As far as pricing goes, I think it's one of the most expensive apartments in Rock Springs, but I honestly believe that "You get what you pay for" here. I have no issue with the price, because I feel that the value is definitely there. Walking distance to the grocery store/mall/Home Depot/Walmart/restaurants, and easy access to the highway. I like the neighborhood, and I like the complex. Thank you Ladies of Silver Ridge for a wonderful run. I have thoroughly enjoyed it, and I genuinely and wholeheartedly thank you for all you have done for me.

We absolutely love living at The Village of Silver Ridge. Christi, Debbie and Ruby are wonderful and are always planning fun activities for the kiddos!!!! The maintenance team is great and work really fast. The grounds are pretty and well kept. The pool and hot tub are beautiful. They are pet friendly and of course cater to your fur babies! It's very close to shopping, grocery store and movie theater. This is definitely where you want to live when coming to Rock Springs!!!

My apartment is bright, clean and comfortable. I read through the reviews before moving in, and, based on my experience here, I found the negative reviews to be mostly unfounded and more a case of selective memory. This apartment complex is well maintained and family friendly. If you are someone who pays their bills, respects their neighbors, and appreciates a super helpful staff, then I think you will be happy here. The only reason I did not go with 5-stars is because the laundry room is in need of an update.

We just moved here to rock Springs and are liking it. They have monthly activities too sometimes big sometimes simple. Excited for summer to check out the pool and hot tub. We just moved here a month ago & everything has been absolutely amazing. All of the staff is so friendly and has helped me with all my questions in a timely manner. The maintenance crew is also very good. They have fixed several things for me the next day I called since I’ve moved in. The only thing I do not like is the covered parking situation - my assigned spot is at the stairs for the other side of my building so it’s a far walk & then all the stairs with a baby in a car seat still. 100% would recommend to friends & family.

They are incredibly friendly and willing to do anything they can to make things right. I did a walk thru with the stuff the night before I moved in and found a slight plumbing issue in one of the bathrooms. The maintenance personnel took care of it before I got there first thing the next morning.

I have absolutely loved my time living here at The Village. As a disabled member of the community they have made an excellent effort to help me and make me feel comfortable here. The staff has been wonderful and I love my apartment. Thank you Village!!

I have had a great experience living here. Any maintenance request have been taken care of with in 24 hours , staff has been nothing but friendly, and my neighbors are reapectful. Maintained staff even helped me get my car out of the snow one day! I have lived in several apartments before this one and I feel I have gotten a very good deal for the price.

I moved here from out of state and it has been wonderful so far! The staff worked with me even though I was never able to come in person to do anything. They also are very quick with repairs! All of the staff are very friendly (including maintenance)! I would absolutely recommend these apartments to anyone. They also have apartment get togethers! It feels like a nice little community here. ☺️

I have lived in this complex for four years. I have lived in approximately 7 different apartments prior to this one, and Silver Ridge is one of the best run apartment complexes I have seen. The property management company is very professional, and they will handle any maintenance issues swiftly. The apartments are good quality. Read the lease carefully, as it is the standard you will be held to. Most of the tenants who have issues seem to be the ones who are incapable of following the limited list of rules included in the lease.
