If you value your sanity and mental health, don't live here. The only time we enjoyed living here was the first week after moving in and then we quickly found out how terrible the noise problem is. We could hear our downstairs neighbor's tv/music playing clear into the living room from the back most bedroom, which would sometimes play for several days and nights nonstop. Doors from our upstairs neighbors would slam all throughout the apartment, along with yelling and stuff being thrown and letting their dog run up and down the hall anywhere between 12 and 2 in the morning. Whenever we'd bring these issues to office staff, since the majority of the noise would happen at night during quiet hours, they would do the bare minimum on a good day by calling them, but usually it felt like we were ignored. Eventually, office staff began insulting and belittling us, implying we were the problem and "not meant for apartment living" despite having lived in apartments for 10+ years and never had issues such as this until coming here. Eventually, we resorted to calling corporate ourselves and complaining about the issues, to which they seemed to get fixed just days before we finally moved out, because being able to sleep at night shouldn't even be a question but apparently it was too much to ask office staff for. The only reason we stayed for the entire year lease was due to lack of funds, but we left asap and couldn't be happier. I'm giving two stars because the maintenance staff was wonderful, and the amenities were convenient. The internet was mediocre, and you have to pay for it whether you use it or not, and certain office staff members were simply negligent, rude, and unprofessional. There's a reason so many families had moved out at the same time, so just save yourself the headache and hassle.
