I lived here from jan-july 2020. My truck was towed in may 2020 (peak pandemic) bc the registration had just expired in April. Cops at the time weren't allowed to write tickets for expired registration and government offices were not even open to the public. Yet they considered my fully operational, legally parked truck with a village at silver ridge parking sticker, "abandoned" and I had to pay 425 to get it back from the tow company. Bc of the language in the lease, I there was nothing I can do. Horrible greedy people. Weight room and hot tub were closed the entire time I lived there. EDIT: Forgot to mention they towed my truck while I was out of town and made no attempt to contact me about it even though the truck was listed in my lease paperwork I got no phone calls or emails about it.

Terrible place to rent from, got a workplace injury and of course they told an unsuspecting person the 1 year lease is the way to go. Told me to kick rocks when I told them about getting fired over a work place injury, had the drs note and everything. Told them my car had recently blown up so I had to move to be in a job I could actually do because my workplace injury. They recently charged me 3.5k after telling them my situation which is now in collections. I had to switch jobs because at the time I wasn't able to work due to being hurt. The washer and dryer are a ripoff, the apartment didn't work, heater ac was toasted.

Chelsea and Kristie have been phenomenal since I’ve been here. They have gone above and beyond to help me when I’ve needed them! They’ve got my back and it’s nice knowing this living in an apartment complex when this is usually never the case! ❤️

My apartment is bright, clean and comfortable. I read through the reviews before moving in, and, based on my experience here, I found the negative reviews to be mostly unfounded and more a case of selective memory. This apartment complex is well maintained and family friendly. If you are someone who pays their bills, respects their neighbors, and appreciates a super helpful staff, then I think you will be happy here. The only reason I did not go with 5-stars is because the laundry room is in need of an update.
