All of my thanks and appreciation go to Aaron, Augie and John for their incredibly hard work at ice and snow removal during our last round of bitter weather. They were out there in the early morning in the frigid cold and snow and most of the day for several days. I don’t feel that many of the residents are aware if their efforts, but I appreciate them more than I can say. Thank you!!!

We have enjoyed our time living at the Village at Silver Ridge. The staff is friendly and responsive, and the property manager Christy has made our stay a pleasure. The community is quiet, well maintained and offers a variety of amenities. If you are seeking an apartment to make your home in Rock Springs, I highly recommend this property.

If you plan on sleeping and you're a light sleeper never rent here. The walls are paper thin. You can still hear neighbors though loud fans and 33 decible earplugs. You can hear your neighbors FULL conversations and intimate moments tho which is fun if you like to eves drop I guess. Moved here from the preserve and deeply regret it the preserve is cheaper and much better quality than this dump. Avoid this place at all costs.

A big thank you to our maintenance personnel, Aaron, Augie and John, for giving up part of their scheduled time-off over the long Thanksgiving weekend to clear the ice and snow from the sidewalks. It was greatly appreciated!!!

Stayed here on a short term lease this year. Was told that my deposit would be sent to me over and over, and itâs still no where to be seen. We moved out in July so it has been almost 4 months since they were given a forwarding address. We are considering hiring a lawyer to get our deposit back because despite my wife calling the office and corporate multiple times, no one is willing to resolve the issue.

My husband and I were tenants at this apartment complex from April to July of 2023. During our stay, the amenities left a lot to be desiredâ especially considering the exorbitant monthly charge. The laundry room never had more than two functioning washing machines (for the entire complex) and about as many functioning dryers. The pool and hot tub were closed for the majority of the season they should have been open. I had to wait 30 days for them to fix a dishwasher that was broken the day I moved in. And now, 3 months after being given my forwarding address, I have yet to see a dime from our apartment deposit. This is after repeatedly and respectfully contacting the office. We left the apartment cleaner than we found it and were never late on rent. I wouldnât recommend anyone living here.

I am very happy here. The property is immaculate. The leasing staff and maintenance personnel couldn’t be kinder, friendlier or more helpful. Easily my best renting experience ever. Thanks to all of them!!!
