All of my thanks and appreciation go to Aaron, Augie and John for their incredibly hard work at ice and snow removal during our last round of bitter weather. They were out there in the early morning in the frigid cold and snow and most of the day for several days. I don’t feel that many of the residents are aware if their efforts, but I appreciate them more than I can say. Thank you!!!

We have enjoyed our time living at the Village at Silver Ridge. The staff is friendly and responsive, and the property manager Christy has made our stay a pleasure. The community is quiet, well maintained and offers a variety of amenities. If you are seeking an apartment to make your home in Rock Springs, I highly recommend this property.

If you plan on sleeping and you're a light sleeper never rent here. The walls are paper thin. You can still hear neighbors though loud fans and 33 decible earplugs. You can hear your neighbors FULL conversations and intimate moments tho which is fun if you like to eves drop I guess. Moved here from the preserve and deeply regret it the preserve is cheaper and much better quality than this dump. Avoid this place at all costs.

A big thank you to our maintenance personnel, Aaron, Augie and John, for giving up part of their scheduled time-off over the long Thanksgiving weekend to clear the ice and snow from the sidewalks. It was greatly appreciated!!!
