Alright to live in, and I never found the staff to be rude. I traveled a lot and they repaved the parking lot with a letter left on the door. Car was towed and was never informed of it. Tracked it down, paid for it and they did credit my account for the amount, but it was a pain to deal with in the middle of the night when I returned. Never was late, short, or behind in rent for 3 years. Gave more than adequate notice and cleaned as per the agreement when I left. Expected my security deposit back, but they kept it, along with $66.00 and saying that it was a mess. They never provided pictures and I disputed it multiple times. I have always received my security deposits back and have never had issues when leasing and renting places. It has since been turned over to a collection agency, which is now on my credit report. This small amount of $66.00 and a flawless credit history of 25 years does not affect my credit, but it is a pain to deal with and may cause issues for others. Take pictures when you leave and be sure to walk through the place and get it signed off. I left on a weekend and no one was available to do a walk-through with me when I left. Never thought there would be a problem, but they stated there was. I told others about this and they said they have heard it happening to many other people at this place and to never expect your security deposit back from them.
