These are the absolute WORST apartments I have ever had the displeasure to live in. The staff was completely rude, they lie, steal and cheat. I received complaints on days that I had not been home, and was harassed almost daily. I was told to move my quads, and they gave me less than thirty minutes to move them before they had them towed. They let our quads sit in a tow yard for four days and never said anything to us, letting the towing bill sky rocket. If you love having your credit damaged, being harassed, and paying out the --- for a crappy apartment, this is the place for you! I spent $5,000 to get out of the apartment because I could not handle living there anymore. I occupied the apartment for three months and after we left, they tried to tell us that we had damaged the carpets so severely that we needed to pay $4,000 to replace all the carpets. When we asked for pictured proving the damage, they refused. When you move in, the apartment is responsible for getting your gas and power set up, they put the bill in your name when you move in, and put it back in their name when you move out. After we moved out, they told us everything would be canceled, come to find out, they never canceled it, and had cranked up the heat so high, that they received a bill that was twice as much as it should have been. The bill went to the complex, as it should have, because we no longer lived there, and instead of paying for it, (because we had paid for our last month, and they are then responsible for the payment when the bill is no longer in our name) they kept it and let it go to collections. I found out that it hadn't been paid when I received a collections notice in the mail. They never took the bill out of our name and then let that bill go to collections. I then called the power company, and they told us that the apartments had never called them to cancel our services. So, it wasn't enough that we paid almost $10,000 when it was all said and done, but now I have a ding against me on my credit because they decided they hadn't screwed us over enough. I have been out of these apartments for over a year and am still getting haunted by this nightmare. I strongly advise anyone who is looking for an apartment, DO NOT move into these ones, there are so many unethical, illegal things that are going on. Stay as far away from these thieves as you can.
