Would give this place 0 stars if I could. During the winter ice was coming through the outlets, called maintenance and they never fixed it. Water would leak down the fan in the bathroom, called and never fixed it. One of our neighbors smoked pot and it would stink up our apartment, we emailed the office to complain several times and the issue was never resolved. We had $500 worth of deposits and we received $23 back. We scrubbed the place top to bottom the day before we moved and we were still charged $120 for cleaning on top of $245 for carpet cleaning. They will rob you of your money and not give a damn about you and your family.

Don't live here, they will charge you a lot of fee by many reasons, for example:they will notice you that your kids make too noise and charge you 35 dollar also when they get your mail box sometimes they did not notify you until you go to the office, finally remember after your guys move they will send you a big amount of bill that for clean or replace the room for unreasonableYou can see they usually post rental discount on Facebook,I just wanna let all your guys know the true that As a people used to live here I am so regret that I choose to rent here!

In reply to the response by the owner: Your comments about the child screaming are absolutely ridiculous. We made over half-a-dozen phone calls to the office over the course of the neighbor's residency, and nothing was ever done about it. "We never heard from you", yes you did. AT LEAST 5 other times, and still, NOTHING was resolved. Come on, now. We called a week before we moved out, (February 15th, 2017) and complained. The office was well aware of the problem and failed to act on it, even after I filed a formal complaint. Let's not pretend otherwise. I have documented proof of both when the child screamed and when we called the office to complain dating back to September 2016. But sure. You NEVER heard from us. This is the sort of nonsense they pull, folks. You've been warned. DO NOT MOVE INTO THESE APARTMENTS. Not only is there clear communication issues with the staff, the apartments themselves are SO cheaply built. The front doors blow open unless dead-bolted, and there is a clear gap between the door and the frame that lets out a ton of heat. Additionally, the walls are SO thin that unless you run your "fan" setting on the thermostat constantly, you will hear EVERYTHING your neighbors do. (Not kidding, we heard when our neighbors sneezed, coughed, turned their bathroom light/fan on, or shut their cabinets). The poor quality of the buildings themselves extends to the outside as well. We lived near the playground area and we would hear children shrieking pretty constantly from March to September. You can complain to the office, but they really don't follow through with their complaints. The neighbor below us had a 4 or 5 year-old who screamed constantly (and I do mean scream, at the top of her lungs, for hours.) We probably made half-a-dozen phone calls to the office about the screaming, but nothing was ever resolved. We only called the office when the screaming was out-of-control and continued for more than an hour, but I have a documented list on my phone of at least 20 different incidents where we heard the child screaming for more than 20 minutes. Again, nothing was resolved, even after I explained to the office that I am an online college student who spends a majority of her day either reading or working on school work at home. Even visiting friends would comment on the screaming; it was that bad. The child was was still screaming the day we moved out. As mentioned before, the ladies at the office are nice enough, but they do not communicate with one another. This lead to a number of problems for us that were only resolved when we called the corporate office. Our friends who referred us here, as well another family we know have also had a number of problems with the staff, so it's not as if these events were isolated incidents. I do have to say that the maintenance guys are awesome. Very polite, always on time, and very prompt. They work their butts off to make sure the sidewalks are cleared and salted during the winter, and keep the grounds clean during the summer. All-in-all, avoid the stress and anger and move to the Preserve. We've been here less than a week and are SO much happier.

I could write a LENGTHY review on how they over charged me EVERY month I lived there! How unhelpful the staff are, and so much more. But, they aren't worth my time. I would NEVER live there again. And I waited to write this review until I moved out, just becuase I knew there would be backlash if I wrote it while living there!

The complex is nice and well taken care of but when it comes time to move out, it's like a Hollywood divorce. They will pinch you for every single penny they can get, will not work with you in anyway and you should probably kiss your deposit goodbye. The staff has changed at least twice in the short amount of time I've lived there which leads me to believe they have more issues. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.

Incredibly rude staff. Deceptive lease, apparently a 12 month lease is really a 13 month lease if you sign in the beginning of the month, you are locked in until the last day of that month. Very shady... Staff makes it clear they're not worried about their residents, they only care about $. Only good thing is the maintenance staff is extremely quick about getting repairs done and are very professional.
