I have absolutely loved my time living here at The Village. As a disabled member of the community they have made an excellent effort to help me and make me feel comfortable here. The staff has been wonderful and I love my apartment. Thank you Village!!

The Crooks at Silver Ridge. As traveling medical professionals, we have rented apartments all over the country and we have never paid this many ridiculous fees. Be prepared to pay $30/month extra if you want to pay your rent online with a credit/debit card. Having two dogs cost an extra $80/month and they then expect you to pay to have the carpets cleaned using one of their approved companies when you leave. We don't mind paying pet fees, that's completely understandable, but that extra cash you're sucking out of us should be put toward that carpet cleaning bill. The list of fees goes on. I will say the apartments are nice and worth the base rent price they advertise but be prepared to pay through the nose for additional fees.

I have had a great experience living here. Any maintenance request have been taken care of with in 24 hours , staff has been nothing but friendly, and my neighbors are reapectful. Maintained staff even helped me get my car out of the snow one day! I have lived in several apartments before this one and I feel I have gotten a very good deal for the price.

I moved here from out of state and it has been wonderful so far! The staff worked with me even though I was never able to come in person to do anything. They also are very quick with repairs! All of the staff are very friendly (including maintenance)! I would absolutely recommend these apartments to anyone. They also have apartment get togethers! It feels like a nice little community here. ☺️

Would give this place 0 stars if I could. During the winter ice was coming through the outlets, called maintenance and they never fixed it. Water would leak down the fan in the bathroom, called and never fixed it. One of our neighbors smoked pot and it would stink up our apartment, we emailed the office to complain several times and the issue was never resolved. We had $500 worth of deposits and we received $23 back. We scrubbed the place top to bottom the day before we moved and we were still charged $120 for cleaning on top of $245 for carpet cleaning. They will rob you of your money and not give a damn about you and your family.
