This is one of the best kept properties I've had the pleasure to visit, the apartment I was shown was clean and well taken care of. The office ladies were so friendly and helpful. When I am ready to move I will be renting from them! Thank you for a pleasant experience!

I love living in The Village at Silver Ridge apartments, the office ladies and maintenance crew are always kind and more than willing to help in anyway they are able. The apartments are spacious, affordable, and easy to make feel like a home.

I was shown an apartment with awful carpet and the woman had a very standoffish attitude. Over all this was not a good experience and I would not recommend to anyone

I recently moved into The Village at Silver Ridge and it was such a good experience! The office staff is so nice and friendly, the maintenance team are all very welcoming. It literally was a great feeling walking into my new home. The property is beautiful and my dog loves it here!! I totally can’t wait to show all my friends! I can’t thank the staff enough!! 5 stars

Overall great experience. Apartments are very spacious and nice. Staff is friendly and willing to go above and beyond to give renters the best experience. Very friendly and pleasant neighborhood. Apartments have proximity to highways and all major retail stores.

They will let just about anyone rent regardless of criminal history, and will find ways to steal your money. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. You're welcome.

I am here to edit my previous review. I got a call from management today and they were very helpful I understand that it’s not always their fault when things don’t get fixed right away (sometimes it’s just people not following rules and they maybe never will). So thank you to management for trying and working with me and helping me to realize they are trying to fix problems, which I appreciate. In a general sense I do recommend Silver Ridge, especially after today. Thanks again management for showing up :)

Have lived here for almost a year. I loved it initially but hate it now. I gotten new neighbors and they couldn’t be much worse than they currently are. I have tried filing several complaints and have gotten zero response and nothing has been done. They stay up throughout the night blasting music and allowing their dogs to bark and trample around, ALL night. Also there is dog poop EVERYWHERE. And finally my reserved parking spot has been taken several times which is an amenity I pay for with the higher rent if this complex. Rules are clearly not Enforced which is terribly unfair for those who actually follow them. Honestly can’t stand living here. Apartments are good sized and the complex has good amenities, I would love it here if management would help out and enforce rules for everyone.

They dont really listen to what me and my husband tell them. I had a package there for 5 days saying someone else name was on it with our address cause it was a gift... and they looked but it wasnt there so we asked the maintenance man and he got it instantly. It isnt his job. And then the lady's act like were the inconvenience. They're beautiful worth it appartments but I feel like I'm walking on egg shells.I used to love this place.. but lately the employees really have it out for people or just dont like you.The neighbors all around me are rude. Or super loud. Which yes a apartment will be that way. But I've done nothing to deserve being threatened and yelled at everyday I walk outside to get some air. The move in process took litterly forever and they rarely got back to me. The newer ladies are so sweet and did everything they could to help me. They make me feel at home. The place is really nice. Especially for what you pay for. I love living here just a little uncomfortable at times.
