I just want to thank the ladies in the office today. I came in for a tour today looking for a new home. Cortney was able to show me some amazing apartments that are in great shape ready for tenants! Everyone was friendly and well educated. Kristie, property manager, went out of her way to introduce herself and make me feel welcome. Ruby was able to answer any questions I had about moving in. I definitely recommend seeing the girls in the office when looking for a new home.

Second time renting here. I rented 5 years ago. Staff is amazing and communicates well. Not a bunch of hidden fees like some other places. Community complex is safe and quiet in my experience. Vehicle parking space is about average. Maintenance is very responsive and on top of things and grounds are always kept neat. Snow removal is also kept up. Apartments are nice and clean and no mold or any weird stuff like that. I highly recommend Silver Ridge. Furnished and non furnished apartments are both excellent.
